The event brought together supporters from across the region and generated meaningful contributions to expand Leap to Shine’s programs delivering quality education and technology access for underserved children.

“Comedy brings people together and last night it brought them together for something that matters,” said Murli Reddy, President & CEO, Charter Global. “I’m grateful to everyone who turned up, laughed hard and chose to invest in a child’s future. Leap to Shine’s mission, enabling quality education and digital literacy, aligns with our belief that technology should unlock opportunity for everyone.”

Leap To Shine added, “Partnerships like this help us scale our programs and reach more participants, from providing tablets and connectivity to supporting year-long education for girls. ATLANTA, Georgia — October 20, 2025 — Charter Global today announced Orcaworks, a practical path for enterprises to move beyond task automation and start automating outcomes. Orca is a digital co-worker, co-engineered with each customer to mirror real workflows and plug directly into the enterprise stack. It is built on Orca Lattice, the agentic platform that houses, orchestrates and governs Orca in production.

Orcaworks was co-founded by Murli Reddy, Rajesh Indurthi, and Dr. Abhinav Somaraju, with key Charter Global leaders holding cross-functional roles in the venture. The founding leadership team includes Murli Reddy (CEO), Rajesh Indurthi (CIO), Dr. Abhinav Somaraju, PhD (Chief AI Officer), and Bindu Vemireddy (Chief Strategy Officer).

The announcement follows a private launch gathering where customers and partners came together to discuss practical paths from pilot to production.

“Mid-sized businesses often carry the same operational complexity as larger enterprises, but with fewer hands and tighter margins,” said Murli Reddy, CEO of Charter Global & Orcaworks. “They need solutions that help their teams work faster, make better decisions, and stay focused on growth. Orcaworks was built to meet that need, turning everyday work into measurable outcomes without adding layers of complexity.”

Leaders don’t need another demo; they need outcomes,” said Rajesh Indurthi, CIO. “With Orca, we’re moving beyond bolt-on bots to observable, policy-safe agents that fit the way teams actually work and that prove value in weeks, not quarters.

Orca is built for real enterprise work,” said Dr. Abhinav Somaraju, PhD, Chief AI Officer. “Our focus is safe execution, transparent decisioning and fast iteration, so customers can automate the steps that matter and measure the impact.

Orca agents are co-designed with client subject-matter experts to mirror real processes and target the highest-ROI steps first. Agents read, decide and act across systems, completing the next step rather than simply surfacing suggestions, while keeping human experts in the loop. They operate inside the tools organizations already use (CRM, ERP, email, documents) and respect enterprise governance with full transparency into inputs, actions and results.

Orcaworks provides the secure home and operating controls for Orca agents. Its components include Orca Launchpad (services from Flow Architects and Context Engineers to accelerate discovery, blueprinting and go-lives) , Orca Foundry (configurable agents, retrieval systems, connectors that make data accessible and AI-ready), Orca Studio (self-service design, deployment, and adaptation of workflows without deep engineering), Orca Lattice (A secure, scalable core that connects systems, embeds context, orchestrates agents, and drives ROI.) and the Orca Partner Circle (an ecosystem for app builders and integrations).

Enterprises adopt Orca to tackle messy, manual, text-driven processes – information scattered across systems, time lost to status chasing, delayed decisions and skilled people stuck in repeat work. Engagements follow a fast workback model: discovery and outcome definition, blueprinting of connectors and flows, build/test with data flowing and errors removed and go-live in weeks with clear before/after metrics.

What differentiates the offering is a platform-first, outcome-driven approach; co-design rather than one-size-fits-all; built-in governance, observability and feedback loops; and speed to value using discovery-to-go-live time as the north-star metric.

Orca agents and the Orcaworks platform are available now for design-led pilots, with broader rollout planned this quarter. To request access or schedule a discovery session, visit https://www.orcaworks.ai/

About Orcaworks

Orcaworks partners with you to co-design digital co-workers (“Orcas”) that integrate into your existing tools and workflows, streamlining operations and delivering measurable ROI. Powered by Orcaworks’ proprietary agentic platform, each Orca is context-aware and tailored to automate routine tasks across platforms like HubSpot, Workday, and Microsoft Teams while freeing your team to focus on strategic growth while staying in control.

ATLANTA, GA., June 05, 2025 Charter Global is proud to announce the official launch of Assistly, a cloud-based platform designed to simplify and modernize operations in small to mid-sized senior care facilities. Built in just 90 days under the leadership of Chief Technology Officer Rajesh Indurthi, Assistly is more than a product: it’s a powerful demonstration of Charter Global’s end-to-end ideation-to-launch capabilities.

The story of Assistly began in a basement, where Rajesh and a team of five engineers set out to solve a problem they knew all too well. As the operator of a personal care home, Rajesh experienced firsthand the inefficiencies and compliance challenges that burden smaller care facilities. Determined to build something better, his team developed a lightweight, intuitive, AI-powered platform designed to digitize care documentation, automate medication tracking, streamline compliance and enhance communication between caregivers and families.

“I knew there was a gap,” said Rajesh Indurthi, CTO of Charter Global. “Legacy platforms were either too expensive or too complex. Smaller care homes were left behind. We built Assistly to be simple, affordable, and powerful without the red tape.”

At Charter Global’s Innovation Hub, Rajesh successfully accelerated the development of Assistly—transforming it from concept to a functional solution in under four months. Today, Assistly stands as a powerful example of how Charter Global turns innovative ideas into impactful products across industries.

Assistly is redefining care management through a robust suite of intelligent features designed to streamline operations and elevate the quality of care. Its current capabilities include AI-powered resident documentation and care tracking, medication scheduling with real-time alerts, and a secure family communication portal. The platform also ensures HIPAA and GDPR-compliant data security, offers predictive analytics to support staffing and care planning, and integrates seamlessly with electronic medical records (EMRs), scheduling, and billing systems.

Looking ahead, Assistly is expanding its platform with advanced capabilities, including AI-driven smart scheduling and personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs. A forthcoming compliance module will support regulatory adherence, while enhanced reporting and analytics dashboards will provide valuable insights for personal care home operators (PCHOs), caregivers (PCGs), and family members.

But beyond Assistly itself, the story is about what’s possible. At Charter Global, our engineers are experts at leveraging Gen AI software development tools to accelerate innovation. Our 90-day build methodology combines deep discovery, rapid prototyping, agile development and iterative testing – all within a scalable, secure cloud architecture.

“Assistly is proof,” said Murli Reddy, CEO of Charter Global. “Proof that we don’t just consult. We build. Our ideation-to-launch services aren’t theory. They’re engineered for speed, quality and purpose.”

Assistly marks just the beginning. Charter Global is now offering its Ideation-to-Launch Services to other organizations looking to move fast and build with impact whether in healthcare, fintech, supply chain or beyond.

“We built Assistly for the caregiving world,” said Indurthi. “But our model works for any company with a bold idea. You bring the vision; we’ll bring it to life.”

Charter Global is a strategic technology services partner helping organizations build, scale, and launch intelligent solutions through a unique blend of deep technical expertise, agile delivery, and real-world product experience. With offices across the U.S. and global development centers, Charter Global is behind some of the most innovative enterprise solutions in healthcare, fintech, retail and more.
