In a world where technology often only lasts a few years or months before becoming obsolete and outdated, finding something that has lasted over 20 years can seem like a miracle. PHP is a scripting language, which began back in 1995. It is still very popular and we have executed several PHP projects to prove it.<\/p>\n

While there are many newer languages, none are as widely used as PHP<\/strong><\/a>. Recently, however, there have been discussions and arguments that PHP is dying and will soon be replaced.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s why Charter Global thinks that is a myth:<\/h3>\n

2. It\u2019s Still Relevant \u2013<\/strong>With newer versions still being developed and released, PHP only gets better. At its core, the language was built on the basis of compatibility, such as easy HTML, and an extensive database to make features usable to almost any developer. Because it has such a strong foundation and wide reach, it would be difficult to replace PHP overnight. PHP has amassed a large legacy of code to be used and reused around the world.<\/p>\n

3. PHP Can be Picked-Up Faster than Other Scripting Languages \u2013 <\/strong>PHP is known for being intuitive and developer-friendly.<\/p>\n

4. Integrations are Simple and Quick \u2013 <\/strong>Some of your most frequently visited sites are built with PHP, such as Facebook, Tumblr, and WordPress to name a few. Across platforms, PHP is easily integrated and hassle-free.<\/p>\n
